The long stretches of clean and beautiful beach provide the best of activities for the tourists. Building the 3 starred hotel in this tourists attraction place would be enhanced by the scope for outstanding conditions for surfing and other water sports activities along with winding walking tracks in the Burleigh Heads Beach of Gold Coast (Birdir, et al., 2013). The establishment of the 3 starred resorts in this beautiful and exotic beach area along a major highway would be highly beneficial in the longer term. Investing in building Sunshine resorts would also include the environmental and social impacts of the operations and development of the tourism and hospitality business. The environmental and social impacts of the establishments of business in the beautiful natural beach are to the extent where the issues regarding the sustainability have been permeating in nearly almost every aspect in the tourism and hospitality industry. The close proximity of the beach and the resort will encourage people to stay in the Sunshine resort. The other factor which will go in favour of our resort is the reasonable price that will be charged to the visitors. The unique and creative idea of engagement and enjoyment among the people staying in the resort will give a unique advantage to our concept. Since the model that will be adopted to establish the resort will be purely based on different kinds of renewable sources of energy, there is not even slight chance to have an adverse impact on the environment.
